Absolutely the worse experience ever. We have had a car from them for a year and from day one they put the payment on the wrong week which we have asked on many occasions to have switched to the proper week the one we told the sales person from the beginning and they say that they cant do that. I have also asked to speak the owner regarding this and have been denied this as well. They called me this morning stating we are 2 payments behind which we are not as if we are one day late they turn off the car. Avoid this place and by anywhere but here..

Do NOT get cars from this place. I’ve had my car for almost a year next month and for the past 2 months my boyfriend and i have been harassed about $65 that we “owe” them but was never mentioned to us. The people that answer the phones, Brenda and Priscilla needs NEW jobs. I got an extension on my payment due on the 20th and it needed to be paid by the 27th fast forward to last night they CUT my car off and Brenda tried to blame it on the weather, lady it froze a few days ago and my car never failed to start but once you did something on YOUR end my car all of a sudden started. My “spare” tire does not even for my car, so they put whatever tire in just to sell the car. This place is NOT worth your money and talking to those miserable people in there are NOT worth your time. My biggest mistake going to these people but I will not make that mistake again. I made sure people knew how these people are, go somewhere else!!

Terrible! Just don’t buy here. Haven’t had my car for a month and engine light is already on. They wanted to charge me an extra $60 , I complained because I wasn’t aware of this extra charge. I was already annoyed with the car not working properly, this just made it worst. The collections lady Eloise(I think that’s her name) was so nasty and rude, basically saying if I don’t pay it the car will just turn off. I asked for a manager , he was better at explaining things to me. He was nice and understood my frustration. He was able to waved the $60 for the miscommunication. The front desk lady was nice too. Other than that, it’s been a terrible experience overall.

BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! A detailed account of how they screwed me: Sold me a ‘09 Nissan SUV (70K mi) in May ‘22 for $19,995. By October ‘22, the car needed a new head gasket, along with a plethora of other expensive issues totaling over $6000. Thankfully, the warranty covered the first catastrophe and we only had to pay around $600 for the deductible and repairs not covered. (Best thing about this place was the 18K mi/18mo warranty) But fast forward to September ‘23, (now 100K mi) A new host of engine issues presented themselves, bringing an estimate of $3,000 to repair. I decided to try and trade in my vehicle for a working one, hoping to essentially transfer the remainder of my loan to a car that actually worked. I still owed $7400 on the current loan. They were only willing to offer me $2500 for the trade-in. After all the payments I made, they were only willing to give me $2,500 for a car they had sold to me for $19,995 (30k mi and 15 months ago) And then they preached to me about “depreciation”, as if it justified the transaction. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT PROFIT THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS.
